Participants
Constructive learning is most effective in small groups with a limited number of participants. That’s why this course is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
Program Change
We plan our certificate trainings well in advance. In rare cases, the event date may change. If this happens, we will inform you immediately via email. In such a case, you have the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 7 calendar days of the announcement at no cost. Our cancellation policy does not apply in this instance.
Cancellation Policy
If a registration is canceled, the following deadlines apply, and the specified percentages of the registration fee will be charged:
- Up to 28 calendar days before the first training day: Free cancellation possible
- Up to 8 days before the training starts: 50% of the price
- Later cancellations: 100% of the price
Extras
We welcome our participants each training day with breakfast, including coffee and tea. Our beverage fridge offers a wide selection of refreshing drinks. For lunch, we choose from a list of our favorite vendors together on the first day, always offering vegetarian and vegan options.
In addition to the content covered in our dynamic in-person training, you will receive course materials in printed and/or digital form. At the end of the training, you will be awarded the Wonderwerk certificate, and we will celebrate your success.
